Erica was born and raised in sunny southern California. She discovered her passion for teaching and early childhood education during her time working as a medical assistant and in retail management. In both fields, she found the most joy and fulfillment when she served children and their families directly. Erica stidied early childhood educatin at El Camino College and has worked at the Growing Garden for 7+ years. When she is not busy teaching and being a mother to her children, Marley and Ophelia, she enjoys concert-going with her husband and friends, cooking up some of her favorite meals or simply lounging around watching a game of basketball or hockey with a nice cup of coffee in hand.
